Welcome to the Row Daily web site. You can find more on the book at the 'Row Daily' page. The plan is to keep this web site simpler than in the past. Let me know if you have requests, questions, comments.
Indoor rowing is a simple, safe, efficient and healthy form of exercise anyone can do. Competitive rowers use rowing machines to test their limits; but you can use the same high quality equipment at your own pace for health and fitness. And, unlike rowing outdoors, you are not subject to weather.
How to Start
Start now if you do not already row. While it is useful to learn how to row efficiently and how to train, you can begin without help. Find a rowing machine and start to row. Then, find a friend who can help, contact a coach, put together a program to follow as you go. Read on.
