CRASH-Bs -

If you attend the CRASH-B indoor rowing event in Boston on February 19, please stop by my table to say hello.  I may have a small library of rowing books with me, so you can browse and go online and order any you do not have.  I also hope to bring some copies of Row Daily3 - The Coach's Dilemma.  I hope to see you there.

Indoor rowing is a simple, safe, and healthy form of exercise anyone can do:

  • Simple – No formal training is required.
  • Safe – Do it at your own pace.
  • Healthy – You use most of your muscle mass at once in a wide range of motion.

Start now if you do not already row.  Do not wait for help.  And develop a plan or program to follow.  Consider beginning a "One-Year Routine"  --  6 months developing strength; 6 months using it.  Give yourself a one-year goal that you will row daily and watch what happens!
