Indoor rowing is a simple, safe, and healthy form of exercise anyone can do: - Simple – No formal training is required.
- Safe – Do it at your own pace.
- Healthy – You use most of your muscle mass at once in a wide range of motion.
Start now if you do not already row. Do not wait for help. And develop a plan or program to follow. Consider beginning a "One-Year Routine" -- 6 months developing strength; 6 months using it.
