Welcome to the Row Daily web site.
Indoor rowing is a simple, safe, efficient and healthy form of exercise anyone can do. Competitive rowers use rowing machines to test their limits; but you can use the same high quality equipment at your own pace for health and fitness. And, unlike rowing outdoors, you are not subject to weather.
How to Start
Rowing well takes training but anyone can row right away without direction. Start now if you do not already row. Then you can learn how to row efficiently and how to train. Find a rowing machine and start to row. Then, find a friend who can help, contact a coach, put together a program to follow as you go. Read on.
